My subjective opinion is that my list (Licentia) is the best. Objectively, though, Tsukiro is better made. Hear me out here. Tsukiro reworks all of the combat to be based around blocking and countering melee hits and reflecting other types of damage like arrows, spells, and even dragon breath.

I am running Windows 11 and I have Skyrim SE on Steam, I tried to install an ENB for the first time, I followed videos exact and when I press play with either Skyrim on Steam or Mod Organizer, crashes to the desktop, the problem is with the d3d11.dll file, when I rename or remove that file, it works, however no ENB.

Added Skyrim SE Shader Bundle to hopefully make SSS a little better . Switched from Re-Engaged ENB to Rudy for Cathedral Weathers . Sometimes it drops lower than that and I just switch off the ENB (up arrow+right shift) and it goes back to 60fps.
