I've been messing with both and finding the hive pack underwhelming. Sadly only about half of the bees you produce get buffed. The "buffed" bees are larger, faster, and appear to do about 1-2 points of extra damage. You'll see a difference when taking down soft targets but I still think the shark tooth necklace is better in general.Next up: Going to work on a throwing-variant of the ammo pack that will be able to be placed and right clicked to lower ammo consumption, possibly going to make a throwing enhancing potion, and going to work on making "upgraded" wasps, similar to the upgraded bees you get when using the hive pack.

Its functionality is limited to only one set of items and only at a certain stage of the game, unlike other expert accessories that can be used throughout the game. Should get a rework just like Brain of Confusion.Wiki says no. Also excludes the wasp gun. This makes sense, since hornets are wasps, which are not bees. It affects friendly bees such as the ones that are in the bee cloack or the bee gun, beenades. I don't know if it affects your minions.
