2004 Chevy Silverado Z71 stuck in 4 low. My truck has had the service 4WD light on for some time now, I haven't been able to shift into 4 wd, but the other day I got stuck and was able to shift into 4 low but now cannot get it to shift back. I have tried the disconnecting the battery trick and that didn't do it.

Remove the wires, clean the undercoating off, use dielectric grease on the terminals and reinstall them. After that spray on some undercoating to cover the area.
