Cu has a dodge, so my usual “dodge is better” complaint is moot. Protection from Arrows is one of the best dodge skills in the game. The dodge can potentially last more than a turn if you’re lucky (and it’s impossible to waste the effect), and it gives a small defense boost on top of that, and all on a normal cooldown.

The sisters are an utterly normal Arts unit. Their damage isn’t horribly low, but it’s not especially high either. They have a fair number of consistency tools, but no ways to handle distinct CQ gimmicks and no hard survival tools. Caligula is a completely hit or miss character. When all of his buffs go off he can deal an absurd amount of damage despite being a bronze unit.
