Mount Olive has public sewer but not public water. Mount Olive also has good town trash collection at no separate cost, but the taxes are higher. The gas in Budd Lake is usually slightly cheaper than anywhere else nearby. Hackettstown has a hospital and many other medical-care facilities. Etc., etc., etc.

Same thing happened to mine. I know this doesn't answer your question, but I left mine as is. It's been over 2 years and it still works fine, I just had to get used to seeing the crack all the time.
